综合运维信息与试验数据的配网电缆线路寿命评估体系建立技术

    Techniques to Establish a Life Assessment System for Distribution Cable Lines Combining Operation-Maintenance Information and Test Data

    • 摘要: 随着投运数量及运行年限的持续增加,配网交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆状态评估及寿命预测已成为业界关注焦点。文中设计了能够全面反映配网电缆实际运行特征的运维信息评分表,涵盖了与线路状态密切相关的历史负荷、故障记录、环境条件等多项信息;基于所收集的53组电缆运行及试验数据,利用统计手段确定了电缆寿命评估敏感试验指标。综合电缆运维信息与试验指标,基于评分制构建了配网XLPE电缆寿命评估体系,该体系利用改进的层次分析法确定了各评估指标的权重,增强了客观性;所选试验指标主要采用现场试验项目,兼顾评估效果和工程实用性,实现了体系的缺项可用性设计;最后,利用数条退运XLPE电缆线路对评估体系进行了有效性验证。结果表明,所建评估体系能够准确反映电缆实际运行状况,具有较高的工程应用能力。

       

      Abstract: With continuous increase of circuit number and service life, condition assessment and life prediction of distribution XLPE cables have become the focus of the industry.In the paper, an operation-maintenance information scoring table was designed, which included historical load, fault record, environmental condition, and other information closely related to cable line state, to comprehensively reflect actual operating characteristics of distribution cable lines.Then, based on the 53 sets of operation and test data collected, test indicators for cable life assessment were determined by using statistical methods.After that, a life assessment system of distribution XLPE cables was established based on a scoring program, which combined cable operation-maintenance information with test indicators.The syste mutilized an improved analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of each index, which enhanced the objectivity.Test indicators were mainly from the on site test projects, aiming to balance between evaluation effectiveness and engineering practicability.Besides, usability of the system with missing items was realized. Finally, the assessment system was well verified by several retired XLPE cable lines.Results showed that proposed assessment system could accurately reflect actual operating conditions of cables and has high engineering application capability.
